    Develop a solid prototype

    Armed with feedback from potential users, create a proof of concept that directly addresses identified pain points and provides solutions. Have representatives from your customer base test the proof of concept and gather their insights and input.

    Collect user input to evaluate the prototype

    Use the feedback received from potential users to fine-tune your product idea. Identify successful aspects of the solution and areas that require improvement based on customer reactions and experiences with the proof of concept.
