Doulio AI aimed to create a comprehensive platform to manage doulas for healthcare and community organizations. The platform was designed to support doulas, organizations, and super admins with dashboards, workflows, certifications, and learning management, while ensuring compliance and enabling a smooth user experience.
Two problems that made a fast launch feel impossible
A doula workforce platform needed to go from idea to production in 8 weeks — covering multiple user roles, a certification LMS, scheduling, and enterprise-grade compliance, with no technical co-founder on the team.
